Furthermore, he helped BNI become one of the top 5 banks in Indonesia and assisted SKK Migas in managing Indonesia's oil & gas reserves.

Prior to Tata Communications, Ina has worked with BCG, HSBC and Essar Group, holding various leadership positions in HR, including global roles, with specialised experience in areas of People Strategy & Culture, Talent Management, Learning, Leadership & Organisation Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Driving large-scale transformations/change and Strategic Resourcing.

Rakesh brings in close to 2 decades of rich experience across Corporate sales and marketing, Product management, Business development and Facilitation. His last stint before changing gears as an entrepreneur was as the Country Product Manager for Hewlett Packard India.
Rakesh holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is accredited in administering profiling tools like the MBTI, FIRO-B and is also certified in the LSP methodology. His passion and high energy are some of the things anyone who has interacted with him will vouch for. Rakesh is also a TEDx speaker – you can see his engaging talk out here.
An avid sports follower, amateur snooker and cricket player – he is the biggest fan of Roger Federer we know of. A most voracious reader, if you ever need a book recommendation, look no farther. Prof. Alexis CollombChairman - Strategic Advisory Board

Prof. Alexis Collomb

Prof. Collomb has had an initial career in finance, both as an academic and practitioner. After a first position in investment banking in NY on Wall Street, he subsequently worked in London in capital markets as a derivatives strategist before joining Cnam University in Paris where he has chaired its economics, finance and insurance department. 
More recently, his focus has turned to venture capital and innovation financing, and how to help promising technology-based companies achieve their full growth potential. He was first exposed to natural language processing and AI as a young French engineer doing his gap year in a Japanese research lab and has remained an avid technology buff ever since. As co-founder of Speekoo, he currently acts as the chairman of its strategic advisory board.

Dr. Gianluca Salviotti

Gianluca Salviotti is an Associate Professor of Practice of Information Systems at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Since January 2018, he has been the Information Systems Faculty Deputy at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is the Course Director of Strategy and Governance for Cyber Risk at Università Bocconi. He is part of the Faculty of the SDA Bocconi School of Management Asia Center.
At SDA Bocconi, he is the coordinator of the research Lab “Digital Enterprise Value and Organization” (DEVO Lab), Professor of Management Information Systems and Digital Transformation for the MBA, EMBA, EMBAWE, MFB, MISA, IEMB (Mumbai) programs. He is the Program Director of the Executive Education programs “Mastering Digital Evolution”, "IT Governance" and “IT Risk Management”. He has managed several custom research and education programs for companies such as ABB, ENI, IBM, Samsung, SAP, TIM, Vodafone.
His research activities focus on technologies for digital transformation, links between business complexity and IT Governance and IT risk management. Currently, he is working with the Design Lab of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on the identification and assessment of high impact digital technologies.
He is the author of numerous books and articles on Information Systems and Digital Transformation. His works have been published in Economia & Management, Il Sole 24 Ore and Computerworld, among others. He has also authored several books, including “The Blockchain Journey, a guide to practical business applications” and “Digital Manufacturing”. He won the SDA Best Coordinator Award in 2011 for Executive Education (Custom Programs) and in 2012 for Research. In 2013 he received the award for the best innovation project from the Claudio Demattè Research Division. In 2014, he won the Google Faculty Research Award with a study on digitalization in small and medium enterprises. In 2015 and 2016 he received the Sedin-Bocconi Teaching Award for the university program “Computer Skills for Economics”. In 2018 hewas the co-author of the award winning paper for the category "Move the FIeld Forward" thanks to a work on the application of Blockchaing technology on corporations. 
Gianluca earned a degree and a Ph.D. in Business Administration & Management both from the Università degli Studi di Pavia. He received the International Teachers Program diploma from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS, Shanghai-Beijing). He is married to Lorena, he has two sons, Francesco Jacopo and Alessandro Ludovico.

Chandna leads the design and delivery of some of the learning interventions offered by TMTC.  She also manages the marketing and communications for TMTC.
She is an experienced coach and contributes psychometric-based coaching support in many leadership programs at TMTC.
Before joining TMTC in 2011, Chandna was an associate of Global Executive Learning (GEL) France for 10 years. During this time, she worked with large global clients such as Volvo, SAB Miller and Swiss Re to facilitate leadership development for senior leadership teams, through immersive learning experiences delivered across Europe and India, based on the philosophy of “Business-Driven Action Learning”.
She worked with Titan Company from 1994-1997, with sales and marketing responsibilities in the watches division and eventually in the jewellery business.
Chandna enjoys engaging with the communities she is a part of. From 2009 to 2011, she served as board member of ASEICA, a non-profit based in southern France that runs an international curriculum section across four French state schools. She volunteers with Connecting, a Pune-based NGO and with Seva Kitchen, a Nagpur-based NGO.
In her leisure time, she likes to read, travel, and write about life experiences.

He brings with him over three decades of experience, and has curated leading research studies in the field of HR. He joined Deloitte in India in April 2018 and served in this capacity for 3 years. During this time, amongst other assignments, he anchored one of the largest Learning Transformations and Integrated Talent Management for one of India’s largest commercial organisations, a large Financial Services Company, a global multi business conglomerate.
Anand moved back to India in 2018 after having spent over 25 years working across 5 countries in 3 continents with 3 leading consulting firms. During that time, he has worked on a wide variety of areas including helping clients develop and realize their business strategy, leadership development, establishing corporate universities and learning academies, organization design and structuring, HR Transformation and Technology and Organisation Vision, culture and values.

Dr. Leena Srivastava was the Deputy Director General for Science of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), in Vienna, Austria from November 2019 to July 2022. In her role, she provided interdisciplinary scientific leadership to the institute.
Prior to this, for about seven years, Srivastava was the Vice Chancellor of the TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) in New Delhi, India -- a research University with about 180 Ph.D. students and close to 500 Masters students. It specialized in providing specialized education in sustainability studies. Srivastava started her career in The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and worked there for more than three decades, exiting as the Executive Director.
During her career, Dr. Srivastava served on several Corporate Boards, Government Committees and Boards/Councils of international organisations. She served on the Boards/research advisory councils of various academic institutions of international repute. She was a coordinating Lead Author of the 3rd IPCC Report and cross-cutting theme Anchor on “Sustainable Development” for the 4th IPCC Report.

Before SumTotal, Shailesh worked as a Manager of Operations at Genpact supporting BFSI customers transitioning to new technology areas.
